Go1 is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data Intelligence team. This hands-on role blends technical depth with strong judgement to define what matters, ensure evidence reliability, and guide teams in making data-driven choices.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer, Marketing and commercial partners to uncover what matters and what should happen next. Go1 is investing in product-led growth and new product experiences, including Morgan by Go1, to turn learning signals

Qualifications

• Strong SQL capability with complex, evolving data.
• Experience building and maintaining analytical solutions in a modern data warehouse/BI environment.
• Proven track record translating stakeholder problems into analytics-driven insights.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering on metrics, event tracking, and data quality.
• Strong analytical judgement and clear communication of limitations and implications.
• Evidence of senior-level contribution and technical leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex domain analytics and empower teams with rigorous evidence.
• Build metric models, dashboards and reports driving product, customer and commercial decisions.
• Define success measures for initiatives and identify gaps in data tracking and instrumentation.
• Frame opportunities, compare options, and make trade-offs with confidence and clarity.
• Create and own SQL-based analytical products from definition to monitoring and retirement.
• Communicate rigorous evidence to technical and non-technical audiences, including recommendations and risks.
• Mentor analysts through design reviews, problem-solving, and reusable patterns.
