Job summary

Employ in Sydney, Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and application delivery projects within a tightly regulated banking environment, with a focus on data segregation and system access controls.

You will own the full project lifecycle, lead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects and business analysts, and ensure compliance with security, privacy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical project or program management
• Experience delivering infrastructure and application projects in banking/financial services
• Demonstrated experience in data segregation, data migration or access control implementation
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments and app lifecycle management

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical planning, delivery and governance of infrastructure and application projects across multiple business units
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets and risk mitigation for successful delivery
• Guide cross-functional teams of engineers, architects and business analysts to achieve objectives
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy and regulatory requirements with emphasis on data segregation and access controls
• Work with stakeholders to define scalable, secure and compliant solutions
• Report progress, risks and dependencies to senior management and governance boards
• Drive continuous improvement across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies
