Job summary

Qualifications

• Trade or technical plumbing qualifications with Plumbing license and Gas license type G.
• Substantial experience delivering preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• High-level supervisory experience coordinating contractors and providing technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical advice on design, construction, testing and maintenance of plumbing infrastructure.
• Lead investigations, fault finding, repairs and minor projects, coordinating external contractors.
• Contribute to maintenance strategies, QA initiatives and asset condition assessments.
