RSP Services is seeking a Senior Plumber / Leading Hand to lead commercial plumbing projects in Wagga Wagga. You will supervise day-to-day site works, coordinate labour, materials and equipment, and ensure high standards of safety and workmanship.

The role requires a qualified plumber with strong commercial experience, plan-reading ability, and effective communication with site managers and trades. Previous lead-hand or supervision experience is highly regarded.

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced, qualified plumber with a strong commercial background and the ability to organise and oversee day-to-day plumbing works on major projects.

About the role

You’ll take a hands-on role in delivering commercial plumbing projects, coordinating daily site activities and working closely with site managers, foremen and our team to keep work progressing safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing in-ground drainage and high-level drainage.
• Installing high-level hot and cold-water reticulation mains.
• Carrying out water and sewer main works.
• Reading and interpreting plans, specifications and site drawings.
• Planning and coordinating daily labour, materials and equipment requirements.
• Organising and overseeing day-to-day plumbing operations on major projects.
• Communicating with site managers, foremen and other trades to coordinate works and resolve site issues.
