Job summary

CityWide Group NSW is seeking a qualified plumber for a full-time role in Sydney, NSW. The position covers both commercial and residential plumbing, with a strong emphasis on long-term contracts and excellent customer service.

You will join a family-owned business with over 20 years of experience serving corporate clients and strata properties. Key duties include maintenance, repairs, leak detection, and site assessments.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Plumbing is required.
• Residential or commercial plumbing experience is essential.
• Strong commercial plumbing experience is essential.
• Current NSW driver licence with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual vehicle.
• Own tools for the job.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and emergency call-outs.
• Clear National Police Check and Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Scheduled and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial and residential sites.
• Hot water system repairs, replacements and installations.
• Leak detection, pipe locating and drain clearing.
• Drain jetting and hydraulic asset maintenance.
• Fault-finding, troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• New works, site assessments and quoting.
• Pump maintenance, valves and general building services.
• Customer communication, job documentation and system updates.
