Job summary

CityWide Group NSW is seeking a qualified plumber for a hands-on role in commercial and residential plumbing across Sydney. You’ll handle maintenance, hot water systems, leak detection, drain clearing, and new works, with site assessments and quoting responsibilities.

Essential requirements include a Certificate III in Plumbing, a current Construction White Card, a NSW driver licence, and the ability to work overtime, weekends and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial and residential sites.
• Repair, replace and install hot water systems.
• Detect leaks, locate pipes and clear drains.
• Carry out drain jetting and hydraulic asset maintenance.
• Assist with new works, site assessments and quotes.
• Maintain pumps, valves and general building services.
• Communicate with customers and document jobs.

As our business continues to grow, we’re expanding our residential services and securing new long-term contracts. We’re looking for a qualified plumber who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a supportive team with a strong pipeline of work.

🔧 THE ROLE

You’ll enjoy a varied, hands-on role across commercial and residential plumbing, including:

✅ Scheduled and reactive plumbing maintenance

✅ Hot water system repairs, replacements and installations

✅ Leak detection, pipe locating and drain clearing

✅ Drain jetting and hydraulic asset maintenance

✅ Fault-finding, troubleshooting and problem-solving

✅ New works, site assessments and quoting

✅ Pump maintenance, valves and general building services

✅ Customer communication, job documentation and system updates

You’ll work with commercial clients, strata managers and residential customers, so strong communication and a professional approach are essential.

👷 ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, practical and committed to quality workmanship.

Essential requirements:

• Certificate III in Plumbing
• Current Construction White Card
• Strong commercial plumbing experience
• Residential plumbing experience, or willingness to undertake residential work
• Current NSW driver licence with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive a manual vehicle
• Own tools
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and emergency call-outs
• Clear National Police Check
• Working With Children Check

Additional qualifications are highly regarded:

• TMV accreditation
• Backflow Prevention
• Confined Space certification
• EWP / High-Risk Licence
• Working at Heights
• Experience with pumps, valves or building maintenance
