Job summary

BMD Group is seeking a Planning Manager to lead integrated planning and project controls across tender and, upon award, delivery for a major infrastructure program. The role connects design, procurement, construction, commissioning, cost, risk and progress reporting as part of a dedicated project leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading integrated planning, controls and reporting for major infrastructure programs.
• Strong capability in baseline development, critical path analysis and progress measurement.
• Background in civil, structural and MEP work packages and complex multidisciplinary programs.
• Senior management experience within large contracting or project delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of the integrated master program, baselines, staging plans and milestones.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, commercial and construction teams to establish logic and delivery assumptions.
• Monitor critical path, progress, schedule risk and recovery options.
• Establish project-controls reporting, dashboards and performance trends.
• Support tender methodologies, program narratives and handover from tender to delivery.
• Lead planning and controls reviews with senior stakeholders and grow planning capability.
• Manage a team of planners and project controls specialists.
