Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior Project Controls professional in Australia (SA) to oversee project services functions, including cost control, scheduling, risk management and reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project controls or project management.
• Experience across large, complex projects with strong PM/controls practices.
• Proficiency in Primavera or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Provide and drive strategic and technical diagnosis of client needs.
• Support senior management in improving delivery of major projects and programs.
• Contribute to submissions, fee bidding, budgeting and business planning.
• Develop and implement project controls processes and tools.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Lead scheduling activities and ensure milestones are met.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage risk strategies.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Monitor resources and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and lead a team of project services professionals.
