Job summary

Thales, Melbourne, is seeking an experienced Senior Planner / Senior Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling for the OneSky program. You will manage schedules, control costs, and ensure on-time deliverables in a high-security defence environment.

You will collaborate with Planners, Project Managers, and Control Account Managers, applying Primavera P6 and Cobra to monitor progress, risks, and performance. Hybrid work from Melbourne office available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in complex program environments with integrated master schedules.
• Expertise in Primavera scheduling and Cobra (cost/value management).
• Strong understanding of project controls, risk management, and earned value analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead planning and scheduling activities to maintain control of program timelines, costs, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain schedules aligned with the PMB and monitor progress and milestones.
• Identify schedule risks, analyse variances, and support earned value management.
