Job summary

RPS, a part of the Tetra Tech group, invites an experienced Senior/Associate Director Planner/Scheduler to lead Integrated Master Scheduling for a major Defence facilities and infrastructure program in Australia. You will work within a multidisciplinary Planning & Delivery team, aligning design, construction and stakeholders to deliver an integrated, risk-aware schedule.

You will develop and maintain IMS, integrate contractor schedules, and collaborate with project managers, risk leads and cost

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of planning/scheduling experience, preferably in Defence or large-scale infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and analyse the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate sub-schedules from contractors and stakeholders to align with cost and risk data.
• Identify risks/opportunities and propose mitigation strategies; support schedule-driven decision-making.
