Thales, Melbourne, is seeking an experienced Senior Planner / Senior Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling for the OneSky program. You will manage schedules, control costs, and ensure on-time deliverables in a high-security defence environment.

The Role
Working from our Melbourne Office in the World Trade Centre on Wurundjeri land, we have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Planner / Senior Scheduler to join our team on the OneSky program, one of Australia’s most critical defence projects. The successful candidate will manage and lead planning and scheduling activities to maintain control of program timelines, costs, and deliverables.
You will collaborate with Planners, Bid Managers, Project Managers, and Control Account Managers to develop and maintain schedules aligned with the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB). Your role is key in identifying schedule risks, analysing variances, and supporting earned value management to help the program deliver on time and budget.
