Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Adelaide seeks an experienced Scheduler/Planner to support pre-baseline reviews, progress reporting, and integrated master programmes for complex building projects.

You will identify risks, propose corrective actions, and coordinate with client-side stakeholders to keep projects on track, leveraging Primavera P6 and MS Project to deliver robust schedules. Applicants should have 5+ years on building projects and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Building projects.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end construction and project processes.
• Professional proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project; Asta or similar tools advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programmes to check adherence to contractual requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare progress update reports and highlight schedule risks and opportunities for clients.
• Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes for major delays.
• Conduct delay analysis and assist in delay claims management.
• Arrange meetings with client-side stakeholders to develop an Integrated Master Programme linked to the Main Contractor’s schedule.
• Provide sound advice on timelines for multi-staged complex construction projects.
