Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler/Planner to support major infrastructure programs in Western Australia. You will lead schedule development, tracking, and reporting across pre-construction, construction and commissioning phases.

Collaborating with technical advisors, clients, contractors, and subcontractors, you will perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and dashboard reporting to present clear insights for project decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven background as a Senior Scheduler/Planner/ Schedule Manager in infrastructure.
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills; experience with Safran, Acumen Fuse, or Primavera Risk desirable.
• Power BI experience for reporting and dashboards.
• Client-side experience in consultancy or contractor environments.
• Eligibility for Baseline Defence Clearance is advantageous.
• Culture: a team player who communicates effectively in client-embedded roles.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Coordination: gather/align inputs across planning, pre-construction, construction, commissioning.
• Project Integration: work with advisors, client experts, contractors, subcontractors for seamless schedule integration.
• Progress Monitoring: track, analyse, report on schedule performance and forecasts.
• Schedule Analysis: quality checks, critical path, DCMA assessments, schedule comparisons.
• Risk & Performance Analysis: perform schedule risk assessments, EVM, SPI monitoring.
• Forensic & Delay Analysis: lead forensic reviews for claims and project reviews.
• Dashboard Reporting: present data using dashboards and summary reports.
