Job summary

Fluor Corp is seeking an experienced Execution Planner to support a major mining and metals EPCM project in Australia. The role focuses on developing and maintaining integrated schedules, monitoring performance, and providing forecasting to drive project execution.

Ideal candidates have extensive Primavera P6 experience, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record in complex engineering, construction, or EPCM environments. This is a contract role based in Perth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling on large-scale EPCM projects.
• Experience in mining and metals or similar heavy industries is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop, maintain and analyse complex integrated project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across all phases of project delivery.
• Create detailed workstream and package schedules to support project execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams for alignment.
• Review subcontractor schedules and progress data for integration with the master schedule.
• Monitor progress, forecast outcomes, and provide critical path and variance analysis.
• Identify schedule risks and assist with mitigation and recovery planning.
• Prepare planning documentation, schedule reports and performance updates for stakeholders.
• Support change management and ensure compliance with project controls standards.
