ISMART Building Group in Queensland seeks a Senior Planner - Civils to develop and control the program for civil works packages, providing baselines, forecasts and timely advice on interfaces and delays.

You will work with construction teams to plan staging, sequencing and resourcing, run critical-path analyses and update progress with forecasts for the project team. Australian experience is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum experience in civil infrastructure planning or programming.
• Experience on complex Tier 2 civil projects or higher.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 (or similar planning software).
• Strong reporting skills and ability to identify program risks.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

A major transport infrastructure project (valued at more than $1 billion) is underway across South East Queensland, delivering complex rail, station and civil works. Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a Senior Planner - Civils to develop and control the program for the civil works packages, providing a credible baseline, reliable forecasts and timely advice on critical interfaces and emerging delay.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed civil construction programs from the contract, drawings and specifications
• Work with construction teams to plan staging, sequencing and resourcing of civil works
• Run critical-path and delay analysis, flag risks to milestones and look for time savings
• Update progress, produce forecasts and prepare program reporting for the project team
• Support commercial and estimating teams with resource-loaded programs and time-related claims input

What We're Looking For

• Planning or programming experience on civil infrastructure projects
• Experience on complex Tier 2 civil projects and above
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or other similar planning software
• Strong reporting skills, with the ability to identify and communicate program risk
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines

Relocation packages on offer.

Australian experience is required.
