Job summary

Infrastructure Business Growth Pty Ltd is recruiting a Senior Planner - Civils for a major transport infrastructure project in South East Queensland, starting in 2026. You will lead planning across greenfield delivery, build the program from contract and drawings, and provide credible baselines and forecasts.

The role requires planning experience in civil infrastructure, familiarity with Primavera P6, and strong risk reporting. Relocation packages are offered, with Australian experience required.

Qualifications

• Planning, programming or project engineering experience in civil infrastructure.
• Experience on complex Tier 2 civil projects and above.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or other planning software.
• Strong reporting skills, with the ability to identify and communicate program risk.

Responsibilities

• Build the program from the contract, drawings and specifications, setting scope, durations and key dates.
• Work with construction teams to plan staging and sequencing.
• Develop a logic-driven integrated program across design, approvals, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.
• Run critical-path and delay analysis, flag risks to milestones and look for time savings.
• Support estimating with resource-loaded programs and prepare program reporting.
