Job summary

Active Ability Pty is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our disability-focused team on the Central Coast, NSW. This part-time role involves delivering mobile physiotherapy services in clients' homes and community settings, with a clear pathway to specialist development.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, develop rehab and exercise programs, and support clients across the lifespan. You will benefit from a structured 5-year development pathway, onboarding, and regular clinical

Qualifications

• Eligibility for registration with AHPRA.
• 2+ years' physiotherapy experience.
• Eligibility for Australian Physiotherapy Association membership/accreditation.
• Ability to obtain NDIS Worker’s Screen, National Police Check and Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients in homes and community settings and deliver rehab programs.
• Provide land-based and hydrotherapy services.
• Prescribe equipment and assistive technology.
• Develop manual handling plans and educate clients, families and carers.
• Prepare reports and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and manage a varied, complex caseload.
