Job summary

Active Ability Pty is recruiting a New Graduate Physiotherapist to join our community disability team in the South West Sydney region. This full-time, permanent role launches in 2027 as part of our New Graduate Program, with comprehensive onboarding and ongoing professional development.

You’ll work in a genuinely multidisciplinary, mobile community setting, managing your own diary with flexibility to work from home when appropriate and participate in monthly team days in the office.

Qualifications

• Empathy, patience and a person-centred approach.
• Eligible for AHPRA registration upon graduation.
• Australian Physiotherapy Association membership/accreditation.
• Ability to work independently with support when needed.
• Strong clinical reasoning and professional judgment; clear written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organisation and time management; sound administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly assess the physiotherapy needs of clients.
• Design evidence-based interventions for clients.
• Deliver goal-driven physiotherapy interventions.
• Engage in onboarding, training, and mentoring opportunities.
