What flexibility looks like here
For us, flexibility means giving good clinicians room to structure their week sensibly. It could mean working from home in morning doing a report and seeing clients in the afternoon, or adjusting your day around school drop-off or family commitments.
Flexibility works both ways;
We give our clinicians autonomy, but we also value reliability.
There are expectations, but we don’t believe good clinicians need to be micromanaged. If you like having space to get on with your job and take ownership of your work, you’ll probably appreciate the way we operate.
