Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent) required.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience required.

Aufgaben

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions across paediatric and adult populations.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments including functional mobility, developmental, neurological and MSK assessments.
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans to maximise participation and independence.
• Produce high-quality reports for NDIS, GPs, specialists and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team with OTs, Psychologists and Speech Pathologists.
• Participate in case discussions, stakeholder meetings and goal planning.
• Manage a varied caseload across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Contribute to development of physiotherapy frameworks and service delivery models.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to junior clinicians or students.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, inclusive and culturally respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a successful candidate, you will:

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions across paediatric and adult populations.


• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, including:

  • Gross motor and developmental assessments (paediatrics)
  
  
  • Neurological and musculoskeletal assessments
  
  
  • Functional capacity assessments relevant to NDIS supports
  
  
  
  


• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans focused on participation and independence.


• Complete high-quality reports for NDIS, GPs, specialists, and other stakeholders.


• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Speech Pathologists.


• Participate in case discussions, stakeholder meetings, and goal planning.


• Manage a varied caseload across clinic, home, school, and community settings.


• Support the development of physiotherapy frameworks, resources, and service delivery models.


• Provide supervision and mentorship to junior clinicians or students.


• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.


• Promote and maintain a safe, inclusive, and culturally respectful environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).


• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.


• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience.


• Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain).


• Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
