Job summary

Collective Growth in Gladstone is seeking a registered psychologist to deliver evidence-based interventions across paediatrics, adolescents, and adults. Job description

Key Responsibilities

As a successful candidate, you will:

  • Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions to children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including:
    • Cognitive assessments (e.g. IQ testing)
    • Autism diagnostic assessments (e.g. ASD assessments)
    • ADHD assessments
    • Mental health and behavioural assessments
  • Prepare high-quality diagnostic and functional reports for referring professionals and funding bodies.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists.
  • Participate in case discussions, stakeholder meetings, and service planning.
  • Manage a varied caseload across paediatrics and adult populations.
  • Support the development of assessment frameworks, templates, and clinical resources.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to early career psychologists or provisional psychologists (if appropriately endorsed).
  • Contribute to ongoing service development and innovation within Collective Growth.
  • Maintain accurate, ethical, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Promote and uphold a child-safe and culturally respectful environment.
Requirements
  • General Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA (Clinical endorsement highly regarded but not essential).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a registered psychologist.
  • Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
