Metro North Hospital & Health Service in Caboolture, Kilcoy and Woodford seeks a Senior Pharmacist to provide high-level clinical services and medicines management across multiple specialty areas. You will mentor developing pharmacists, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and shape the future direction of pharmacy services within the Caboolture Kilcoy Woodford Directorate.

Qualifications

Deliver high-level clinical pharmacy services including medicines optimisation across multiple specialty areas.
Apply advanced clinical knowledge to support complex clinical decision-making and patient care.
Mentor pharmacists, interns and students while promoting contemporary pharmacy practice.
Lead quality improvement initiatives, clinical governance activities, and service development.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-level clinical pharmacy services, including medication reconciliation and therapeutic drug monitoring across multiple specialty areas.
Provide expert clinical advice to multidisciplinary teams to support medicines management and safe patient care.
Mentor and develop pharmacists, interns and students within the service.
Lead quality improvement, governance and strategic planning to enhance pharmacy service delivery.
Contribute to the future direction of pharmacy services across Caboolture Kilcoy Woodford Directorate.
