This senior role offers the opportunity to apply advanced clinical expertise, influence patient care across the continuum of healthcare and contribute to the delivery of contemporary pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary environment.

As a Senior Pharmacist, you will provide high-level clinical pharmacy services across a variety of clinical areas, supporting complex decision-making and medicines management for patients with diverse healthcare needs. You will also play an important role in mentoring developing pharmacists, contributing to service improvement initiatives and helping shape the future direction of pharmacy services across the Caboolture Kilcoy Woodford Directorate.

• Provide expert clinical advice to multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders and healthcare providers to support safe, effective and patient-centred medicines management.

• Lead and contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical governance activities, service development projects and strategic planning that enhance pharmacy service delivery.
