Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Melbourne (VIC East) is recruiting for a commercially driven Account Manager to drive growth and improve patient access to a first-in-class mood treatment. You’ll work with Key Clinicians, Hospital Executives, Nurse Practitioners and Pharmacists across mood treatment centres, supported by a cross-functional team.

Reporting to the National Business Manager, Mood, you will lead VIC East through strategic account plans and growth initiatives, with a focus on expanding referral

Qualifications

Commercially driven account manager with ability to drive growth.
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management.
Experience with mood treatment centres or similar therapeutic areas beneficial.

Responsibilities

Build and expand existing referral networks.
Achieve sales and activity goals for the territory and state.
Deliver the therapeutic Mood sales objectives and targets through cross-functional collaboration.
Build and maintain professional relationships with target customers.
Train and certify clinicians, nurses, pharmacists and their treatment centres.
Impart highly technical information to key customers.
Implement a Key Account Management strategy to grow the Mood business in your territory.
