Job summary

You will build and maintain Gatling/JMeter scripts, analyze bottlenecks, and collaborate with Developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure performance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing / Performance Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Gatling and/or JMeter.
• Strong scripting skills in Python.
• Experience with Dynatrace and AppDynamics.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to analyse performance metrics and identify bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute performance test strategies and test plans.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using Gatling and JMeter.
• Analyse application, infrastructure, and database performance bottlenecks.
• Monitor system behaviour using Dynatrace and AppDynamics.
• Investigate performance issues and provide tuning recommendations.
• Create automated performance testing solutions and CI/CD integration.
• Develop utility scripts and automation using Python and Shell Scripting.
• Produce performance test reports with recommendations and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, and Test Teams.
• Support performance testing across multiple projects and environments.
