Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Performance Test Engineer to join our Sydney office. You will drive performance testing across multi-cloud and on-premise environments, employing LoadRunner/JMeter, scripting in Python/Java/Groovy, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

You will work with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, and Azure Monitor while leveraging Big Data tech (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and Azure PaaS/Data Factory/Synapse/Databricks to optimize

Qualifications

Proficiency in performance testing tools like LoadRunner or JMeter.
Strong scripting skills in Python, Java, or Groovy.
Deep understanding of database optimization and distributed computing.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance testing.
Experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, Azure Monitor, Dynatrace.
Strong experience in performance engineering with innovative mindset.
Experience in scripting and testing MQ, API and multi-cloud/on-premise architectures.
Strong expertise in Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS, SaaS services (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks).
Proven track record of leading performance testing from planning to closure.
