Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Performance Lead to turn complex data into clear insights that guide business decisions. You’ll create an integrated view of performance across the Specialised Sales portfolio and partner with senior leaders to drive growth and improve visibility.

This permanent, full‑time hybrid role is based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country. You’ll influence strategic outcomes, connect financial, operational and customer metrics, and help establish pricing capabilities across Business

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate performance data into meaningful business insights.
Excellent analytical capability and a data driven approach to problem solving.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and supporting positive business outcomes.
Ability to connect financial, operational and customer measures to broader strategic goals.
Strong communication skills and the ability to make complex information easy to understand.
