Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a fast-growing consumer AI company that is seeking to onboard a Senior Performance Marketer to join its Growth team. The role is highly hands-on, with direct ownership of paid acquisition campaigns, significant monthly media spend and creative testing decisions across mainstream consumer channels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid acquisition experience with direct campaign ownership.
• Personally controlled spend of $300K+ per month.
• Strong B2C acquisition background in apps, subscriptions, DTC, gaming or dating/social.
• Proven ability to decide what to test, scale and stop.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns.
• Allocate monthly acquisition budgets.
• Monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback performance.
• Own creative testing decisions and scaling.
• Develop strategies across B2C channels.
• Scale campaigns across markets and platforms.
• Conduct high-volume creative testing to identify opportunities.
• Analyse subscription funnel and cohort economics to support decisions.
• Optimise web and subscription funnels to improve acquisition.
• Allocate budgets across channels based on performance.
• Monitor account restrictions and resolve acquisition challenges.
• Use performance and attribution tools to analyse campaign effectiveness.
