Qualifications

• Experience in performance measurement and attribution for multi-asset products.
• Proficiency with performance platforms (FactSet, Eagle, Barra, Aladdin).
• Advanced Excel and SQL or Power BI skills.
• Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Produce and validate performance, contribution and attribution analysis, investigating discrepancies and explaining drivers.
• Deliver portfolio and risk analytics, including holdings characteristics, factor exposures, concentration and style measures.
• Support Investment, Client Reporting, Distribution and Product teams with performance insights.
• Maintain accurate performance, benchmark and holdings data, supporting GIPS composites and reporting.
• Improve tools, reporting processes and controls through automation and system enhancements.
• Engage senior portfolio managers and investment leads on performance data and methodologies.
