Reporting and Performance Analyst I Blue Care I Community Performance & Enablement
Reporting to the Reporting and Performance Manager, the role is accountable for operationalising performance measurement processes and monitoring performance of Blue Care’s Community services on financial and non-financial outcomes (e.g. operational, quality, customer, workforce).
It is responsible for analysing service performance, identifying opportunities and developing practical recommendations on effective options that improve community service performance.
You are someone who enjoys providing proactive advice and direction on performance, building local leader capability in understanding the operational levers and processes that drive performance at or above targets. Additionally, you will bring to the role the following:
