Job summary

An experienced Investment Performance Analyst is invited to join a leading global financial services organisation in Sydney to deliver investment performance reporting and analytics. The role supports a major platform transformation, from requirements gathering to post-go-live activities.

You will analyse investment data, ensure accuracy, and drive process improvements across portfolios and asset classes within a collaborative, stakeholder-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment performance reporting and analytics.
• Background in asset management/funds/superannuation or related financial services.
• Understanding of equities, fixed income and derivatives.
• Exposure to performance measurement, benchmarking or attribution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate investment performance reporting across portfolios and asset classes.
• Support platform transformation: requirements gathering, testing, implementation and post-go-live activities.
• Analyse data, identify discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve controls.
• Collaborate with wider business teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with performance reporting methodologies and data improvements.
• Support queries, requirements and project deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
