AGL Energy is hiring a Senior P&C Advisor to partner with P&C Business Partners and leaders across the portfolio. You will provide trusted guidance on people matters, support workforce initiatives and help deliver key people projects within a 12-month maximum term contract.

Competenze

• Experience in a P&C or Human Resources context including employee relations, investigations and policy interpretation.
• Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning, design or transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting talent and succession processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide P&C advisory and business support, delivering policies, processes and employment obligations guidance.
• Manage employee relations matters including performance, conduct, grievances and investigations.
