Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Sydney is seeking an experienced Manager – Transaction Diligence (Private Equity) to lead financial due diligence across buy-side and sell-side transactions for leading PE clients.

You will provide critical financial insights to support acquisitions, exits and portfolio value creation, working within a hybrid Sydney-based team and benefiting from EY’s global resources and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Equity-focused FDD engagements.
• Ability to handle buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements for Private Equity transactions.
• Analyse financial performance (QoE, working capital, cash flow) to support investment decisions and deal structuring.
• Deliver client-ready outputs while managing stakeholder relationships and supporting junior team development.
