Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Sydney is seeking a Senior Consultant to support transactions and corporate finance through rigorous financial due diligence and deal execution. You will work with global teams to identify value drivers and deliver results that inform deal structuring and strategy.

You will manage information flows, draft findings for senior stakeholders, and contribute to proposals and new business opportunities while collaborating across EY service lines.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in accounting, business, finance or economics.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in transaction services or advisory.
• Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or international equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in financial due diligence engagements related to acquisition or disposal.
• Project manage information flows and key stakeholders; document findings and recommendations.
• Identify business development opportunities; assist on proposals and client relationships.
