Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Perth is seeking a Manager to lead financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions, delivering earnings quality, working capital, net debt and cash flow analyses to inform investment decisions.

You will manage client relationships, supervise junior staff, and collaborate with Strategy, Tax, M&A, Valuations and Modelling teams for integrated transaction advice in a fast-paced, hybrid role based in Boorloo (Perth).

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services, including 12+ months at Manager level in a Big Four, mid-tier advisory or consulting firm.
• Strong technical expertise across earnings quality, net debt, working capital, cash flow analyses and transaction advisory services.
• Proven track record leading due diligence engagements and managing client relationships.
• CA, CPA or equivalent with a degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce/Economics or related field.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management with leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements across buy-side and sell-side transactions, delivering earnings quality, working capital, net debt and cash flow analyses.
• Manage client relationships and present findings, identifying risks and opportunities throughout the transaction.
• Lead engagement teams, coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure high-quality delivery and strong commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Tax, M&A, Valuations and Modelling teams for integrated transaction advice.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to business development and growth of Perth and national FDD practice.
