Job summary

Complex Connect is expanding its Positive Behaviour Support service and is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with current NDIS practitioner suitability at Proficient level or above. This senior role offers autonomy, a sizeable caseload and the opportunity to influence how PBS is developed and delivered within an established NDIS provider.

You will manage your own caseload, conduct assessments, develop BSPs, and collaborate across services to achieve meaningful participant

Qualifications

• Current suitability as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Proficient level or above).
• Demonstrated judgement in complex/high-risk situations.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• NDIS Behaviour Support and restrictive practice requirements knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Positive Behaviour Support to your own participant caseload.
• Develop, implement and review Behaviour Support Plans (BSP).
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and data analysis.
• Consult with participants and stakeholders.
• Provide implementation support and capacity building.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration and high-quality clinical documentation.
• Contribute to the growth and quality of the PBS service.
