McLarens in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery across the business. You will report to the Financial Controller and partner with HR, external providers and employees to support payroll processing and compliance.

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing within a medium to large organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation and superannuation.
• High accuracy, strong time management and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to work with outsourced payroll providers and adapt to changes.

Responsabilidades

• Act as subject matter expert for payroll matters and provide guidance to staff.
• Ensure compliant, timely processing of salaries, tax, super, and deductions.
• Maintain employee master data and handle timesheets, leave, and payroll adjustments.
• Collaborate with HR and external providers to resolve payroll issues promptly.
• Lead process improvements and system updates to reflect legislation changes.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and payroll-related reporting.
