Job summary

Mastermyne is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll across multiple sites in Queensland and New South Wales. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payments while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

You will handle complex payroll requirements, provide expert advice on contracts, and maintain confidentiality across sensitive data in a hands-on role based in Mackay.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end payroll for multiple EAs and awards.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders to resolve payroll queries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate end-to-end payroll across contracts and sites.
• Interpret and apply Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
• Provide expert payroll advice and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
• Drive continuous improvement in payroll processes and reporting.
