Qualifications

• 6–7 years of payroll experience
• Hands-on ADP and Workday experience
• Ability to run monthly pay cycles independently
• Strong communication skills and immediate availability

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing across ADP and Workday
• Interpret and apply award and enterprise agreement conditions
• Review timesheets, leave and variations before each pay run
• Reconcile payroll to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies
• Handle PAYG, superannuation and payroll tax obligations
• Prepare month-end payroll reports for the Finance Director
• Respond to employee payroll queries promptly and professionally
• Maintain compliance with legislation and internal controls
