The BUSY Group is a purpose-driven organisation delivering employment services, education and community programs across Australia and beyond. We are seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to join our Payroll team, delivering accurate, compliant payroll services to a diverse workforce in Australia and New Zealand.

You will report to the Payroll Manager and contribute to continuous improvement, stakeholder advisory and payroll governance in a large, complex environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' payroll experience in high-volume, multi-entity environments.
• Experience processing end-to-end payroll for 750+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, Fair Work requirements, taxation and superannuation.
• Experience interpreting Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using multiple payroll systems.

Responsabilités

• Process end-to-end payroll for Australian and New Zealand employees in accordance with legislation, awards and policies.
• Ensure all payrolls are completed accurately within timeframes.
• Process payroll changes including timesheets, leave, allowances and terminations.
• Manage employee leave entitlements and payments.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and documentation.
• Provide accurate insights and respond to stakeholder payroll queries.
