Job summary

Voyages Tourism Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll for a large, diverse workforce across multiple sites. The role involves ensuring accurate, compliant payroll processing, reconciliations, and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement within payroll operations.

You will work with the Group Payroll Manager on award interpretations and queries, leveraging Workday and UKG in a hybrid Sydney office environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in payroll operations.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements regarding leave, superannuation, tax and awards.
• Experience using Workday, UKG and Excel for payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a large and diverse workforce.
• Investigate and resolve payroll queries, overpayments and system issues.
• Collaborate with Group Payroll Manager on interpretation of existing and future awards.
