Job summary

ADP is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant to oversee Lyric HCM deployments in Melbourne, coordinating consulting and implementation services with a focus on delivering high-quality payroll solutions.

You will coach and mentor associates, align with the Implementation Manager, and drive project plans from scoping to go-live while ensuring client success and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in an implementation environment with payroll focus.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Experience mapping data, data conversion and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team in client implementation projects with a focus on customer service.
• Define client requirements, perform gap analysis, document and configure outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop an executable plan across functional and technical work streams.
• Assist Leadership in developing implementation strategy, process and methodology.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and share learnings for continuous improvement.
