Job summary

ADP is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant for Lyric HCM to drive successful client implementations across payroll and HR systems. You will lead project teams, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure delivery within scope, time, and quality, leveraging strong consulting and coaching skills to enable rapid value realization for clients.

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience within implementation/service delivery.
• 5+ years in an implementation environment with payroll knowledge including Time & Attendance.
• Facilitation and coaching skills.
• Ability to influence internal stakeholders and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver client implementation projects within agreed timelines.
• Coach and mentor Associates to reinforce skills and knowledge.
• Develop and maintain implementation procedures and methodologies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service Delivery to ensure smooth go-live transitions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews.
