Job summary

Eightcap is seeking a Senior Payments Operations Analyst to oversee day-to-day settlements, reconciliations, and PSP management. The role requires coordinating with Finance, Treasury and Engineering to ensure accurate funding, testing new PSP integrations, and driving cost optimization across payment gateways.

You will lead KYC onboarding, manage relationships with global PSPs, and ensure robust controls while maintaining data accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Settlements and Reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with CFD brokers, treasury or settlements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily payment operations including deposits, withdrawals, settlements and funding flows.
• Coordinate with Treasury on liquidity and settlement management.
• Lead PSP selection, onboarding, KYC and ongoing performance management.
• Lead integration and sandbox testing of new PSPs with Engineering and Finance.
• Maintain payment data across volumes, fees and performance; support cost analysis.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive optimisation across payment routing, cost and success rates.
