Job summary

Easygo Gaming in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Payments Operations Specialist to own analysis of payments efficiency and security across our global platform, identify patterns in transactions, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.

You will work in the Payments & Fraud team, handle customer cases, liaise with third-party processors, and help scale payment operations with automated processes and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, gambling, global e-commerce, online retail payments, fintech or with PSPs.
• Strong ability to evaluate payment conversion rates and costs.
• Familiarity with online payment aggregators, platforms and gateway services.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve deposit and withdrawal experience and performance, troubleshooting technical issues and streamlining payment processes.
• Act as the secondary escalation point for complex customer payment issues, from error spikes to missing transactions and other anomalies.
• Analyse transaction data to identify patterns, root causes and opportunities, producing regular performance reporting.
• Liaise with third party payment processors and service providers to resolve issues and keep acceptance rates high.
• Support initiatives that automate routine tasks and bring efficiency, control and scalability to payment operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for workflows and troubleshooting, and train new team members on payment systems.
