Job summary

NAB is seeking a Senior Associate, Partnerships & Schemes in Melbourne. You will work within the Partnerships team to drive commercial partnerships, loyalty initiatives and payments strategies that create value for NAB and customers.

You will identify opportunities, support negotiations and contribute to initiatives that strengthen customer growth, engagement and retention across multiple brands and schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, partnerships, payments or loyalty-related roles.
• Strong numerical and commercial capability with business case development.
• Ability to translate data insights into practical actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential partners across travel, retail, dining and other spend categories.
• Develop business cases, value models and commercial assessments for customers, partners and NAB.
• Support negotiations including deal terms and co-funding arrangements.
• Monitor partner performance via scorecards and quarterly reviews.
• Identify opportunities to optimise partnerships and value delivery.
• Coordinate governance and operating rhythm of NAB's payment scheme relationships.
• Plan meetings, agendas and reporting for growth, risk and customer campaigns.
• Review scheme invoicing to ensure alignment with commitments.
• Assist in planning and executing payment scheme initiatives.
• Connect partnership and scheme activities with loyalty offers and promotions.
• Build strong relationships with Product, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Procurement, Finance and Operations.
