Job summary

Australian Indigenous Education Foundation (AIEF) is seeking a proactive Student and Alumni Engagement Coordinator to support engagement with current scholarship students and alumni. The role involves coordinating events, conferences, communications, and CRM tasks to strengthen the AIEF network.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year in engagement roles, strong administration skills, and alignment with AIEF’s values.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of professional experience in student and alumni engagement or related field.
• Demonstrated administration experience.
• Demonstrated alignment with AIEF’s values: Authenticity, Tenacity and Audacity, Passion, Best Practice Pacemakers and Loyalty.
• Tertiary qualification in a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support student and alumni engagement activities, including welcome packs, graduation packs and speaker events
• Assist with AIEF's Student Pathways Conferences, from preparation through to event delivery and evaluation
• Assist with alumni communications across social media channels including LinkedIn and Facebook
• Maintain and update records within our CRM
• Support reporting, research and data analysis to measure program outcomes and track key performance indicators
• Coordinate administrative processes that support the team strategy
