Zusammenfassung

AIEF in Sydney is seeking an Early Alumni Engagement Coordinator to support young Indigenous alumni as they transition from school into further education, training or employment. This hands-on role blends relationship-building, one-to-one support and program delivery within the Alumni Engagement team.

You will build trusted relationships with recent alumni, assist with scholarship applications and connect graduates to suitable education, employment and networks.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of relevant professional experience
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience coordinating or delivering programs, events or engagement activities
• Confidence providing individualised support and guidance
• Strong organisation and administration skills
• Proactive, approachable and collaborative style
• Experience within Indigenous education or Indigenous-focused programs would be highly regarded

Aufgaben

• Build strong, ongoing relationships with recent AIEF alumni
• Provide individual support as alumni transition from school to further study, training or employment
• Support alumni with tertiary scholarship applications, retention and graduation
• Connect alumni with education, training and employment opportunities
• Build relationships with schools, tertiary providers and employment networks
• Help design and deliver alumni programs and engagement activities
• Support events and Pathways Conferences
• Maintain accurate information and engagement records
• Contribute to reporting and broader Alumni Engagement activities
