Job summary

Royal Automobile Club of WA Inc. invites a seasoned Partner – Business Risk & Compliance to lead RAC Insurance's risk and compliance program.

You will drive the Risk & Compliance Frameworks, oversee incident management and regulatory reporting, and partner with senior leaders to ensure risks are identified and addressed within appetite. You will guide and coach leaders, foster a strong risk culture, and coordinate strategic risk reviews across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading risk/Compliance teams in regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks and regulatory obligations.
• Ability to influence and coach senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Business Risk & Compliance team.
• Embed risk and compliance frameworks across RAC Insurance.
• Partner with risk owners to manage risks, controls and obligations.
• Oversee incident management, investigations, remediation and breach reporting.
• Strengthen controls assurance and testing of design and effectiveness.
