Job summary

Datadog is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Manager to lead cloud security channel partnerships across APAC, accelerating growth and revenue through partner-led initiatives, joint selling and a focus on Datadog as the observability and cloud security platform of choice.

You will own top partner relationships, recruit new security-focused partners, manage partner agreements with legal as needed, enable partners via training, and drive regular business reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner-facing, quota-carrying roles in cyber/cloud security SaaS.
• Proven ability to drive opportunities from lead to closure and negotiate partnerships.
• Experience dealing with leading cloud hyperscalers.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in writing and verbally.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own the top cloud security channel partner relationships.
• Drive new and expansion revenue with strategic partners.
• Recruit and onboard new security-focused partners.
• Oversee partner agreements and coordinate with legal when needed.
• Develop partner-led insertion points with solutions and services.
• Enable partners through training, planning and joint selling.
• Coordinate technical and marketing aspects of launches.
• Host regular business reviews with partners.
• Generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
